Broadway Mansions Hotel - Bund Shanghai, Shanghai

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, although the beds were a bit hard for my liking. However, I appreciated that my non-smoking room didn't smell of smoke at all. The service was efficient and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request after a long journey. The location was fantastic, just a short walk across the bridge to the Bund, offering a retreat from the city noise. The dining options were varied but a bit on the pricey side. The facilities were well-maintained, but the food quality could be improved.

The service was impeccable with excellent social and communication skills while there were issues with finding reservations in the computer. The location is paramount to your appreciation of the visit, conveniently located right on the Bund and walking distance from Nanjing Street. The dining experience was decent with good variety, although the hotel's eateries for dinner were not recommended. The facilities were sufficient to meet basic needs.
