Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were top-notch with a plasma TV and a large modern bathroom offering both a tub and a walk-in shower. The view from my room was breathtaking, showcasing Shanghai's water-front and towering skyscrapers. The location at the end of the famous location, The Bund, gave a nice contrast to the more 'gritty' atmosphere, making it a perfect stay for a mix of history and modernity.
I had a great stay at this hotel with amazing views of the Bund from my spacious and clean room overlooking the Wusong River, all without the usual hefty price tag. The hotel's location was both charming and relaxing, away from the bustling Bund streets yet just a short walk away. While the service was friendly and mostly attentive, there were a few hiccups like having to ask repeatedly for creamer and sugar. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisine, but some dishes arrived cold. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers a great view of the small bridge and the beautifully lit Bund at a very reasonable price of $66 AUD per night. However, we encountered an issue with the door dislodging when trying to lock it, which was inconvenient.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, providing a homely ambiance, but slightly unique compared to others. The service was top-notch, with friendly and obliging staff ready to assist. The location was magnificent, just across the beautiful Waibaidu Bridge, and the dining experience, though overpriced, had some standout dishes. The facilities were great overall, but there were a few drawbacks in terms of value for money.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with spacious rooms featuring a lounge area and a magnificent view of the floodlit Bund and Pudong. The room I stayed in on the left side of the hotel overlooked the Wusong River, offering a nice view without the typical water view price tag. The inclusive breakfast and free wi-fi starting from level 10 made it very convenient and quiet at night, but the only downside was that the room felt a bit small.
