I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were top-notch with a plasma TV and a large modern bathroom offering both a tub and a walk-in shower. The view from my room was breathtaking, showcasing Shanghai's water-front and towering skyscrapers. The location at the end of the famous location, The Bund, gave a nice contrast to the more 'gritty' atmosphere, making it a perfect stay for a mix of history and modernity.

I had a great stay at this hotel with amazing views of the Bund from my spacious and clean room overlooking the Wusong River, all without the usual hefty price tag. The hotel's location was both charming and relaxing, away from the bustling Bund streets yet just a short walk away. While the service was friendly and mostly attentive, there were a few hiccups like having to ask repeatedly for creamer and sugar. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisine, but some dishes arrived cold. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers a great view of the small bridge and the beautifully lit Bund at a very reasonable price of $66 AUD per night. However, we encountered an issue with the door dislodging when trying to lock it, which was inconvenient.

Rooms

Our room overlooked the small bridge and provided a stunning view of the Bund all lit up. The price of $66 AUD per night was a steal. However, we had trouble with the door not locking properly.
Service

Location

The hotel's location near the area of the Bund is ideal for exploring Shanghai. While it may take a bit of time for guests to be directed to the hotel during busier times, the proximity to the Bund and the closest subway stop makes it worth it.
Dining

The dining experience offered both Western and Chinese food options; however, the quality was inconsistent with warm orange juice and unfresh meat. On the bright side, there was a great variety of freshly cooked eggs and noodles.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, providing a homely ambiance, but slightly unique compared to others. The service was top-notch, with friendly and obliging staff ready to assist. The location was magnificent, just across the beautiful Waibaidu Bridge, and the dining experience, though overpriced, had some standout dishes. The facilities were great overall, but there were a few drawbacks in terms of value for money.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel with spacious rooms featuring a lounge area and a magnificent view of the floodlit Bund and Pudong. The room I stayed in on the left side of the hotel overlooked the Wusong River, offering a nice view without the typical water view price tag. The inclusive breakfast and free wi-fi starting from level 10 made it very convenient and quiet at night, but the only downside was that the room felt a bit small.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, although the beds were a bit hard for my liking. However, I appreciated that my non-smoking room didn't smell of smoke at all. The service was efficient and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request after a long journey. The location was fantastic, just a short walk across the bridge to the Bund, offering a retreat from the city noise. The dining options were varied but a bit on the pricey side. The facilities were well-maintained, but the food quality could be improved.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and bright, although the ongoing decoration work brought in a strong aroma of thinners and paint. The location, at the end of the Bund with views of Pudong and overlooking the Waibadu Bridge, was impressive. However, flagging down taxis when needed was a challenge.

The hotel offers massive rooms excellently placed with amazing views of the Bund. The rooms are spacious, had Wifi, a nice bathroom, and a pleasant view; they did not smell like smoke, although smoking in some areas gave a horrible smell down the hallways. The service was impeccable with excellent social and communication skills while there were issues with finding reservations in the computer. The location is paramount to your appreciation of the visit, conveniently located right on the Bund and walking distance from Nanjing Street. The dining experience was decent with good variety, although the hotel's eateries for dinner were not recommended. The facilities were sufficient to meet basic needs.
